Eligibility for Returns
• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Refunds
• Once your returned product is inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
